Pacholke, who experienced childhood in Tampa and played ball for the University of South Florida, was going to be hitched at the hour of her passing.

News 9 and Pacholke's co-anchor additionally referred to Pacholke's grin and effervescent character in accolades.

"She was a caring individual with a major heart and an infectious grin and we will miss her extraordinarily," the station said.
